NOVELTY - Preparing flaky graphene sheet, comprises (i) taking flexible expanded graphene flake as raw material, calendaring expanded graphene sheet, and taking metallic conductors, non-metallic conductor or semiconductor, to obtain expanded graphene composite sheet; (ii) placing expanded graphene composite sheet in an electrolytic solution, and allowing the graphene sheet to expand, to obtain graphene flake compound composite sheet, and subjecting sheet to microwave, ultrasonic, high temperature or electrolytic treatment, to obtain flaky expanded graphene composite material thin pieces, and peeling. USE - The method is useful for preparing flaky graphene sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces product tightly attached to base metal or non-metal conductor and semiconductor; utilizes large amount of raw materials; and is economical, simple, and environmental friendly, and suitable for large-scale production. The device has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and large specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing flaky graphene sheet, comprises (i) taking flexible expanded graphene flake as raw material, calendaring the expanded graphene sheet, and taking metallic conductors, non-metallic conductor or semiconductor, to obtain expanded graphene composite sheet; and (ii) placing expanded graphene composite sheet in an electrolytic solution under certain power, to obtain graphene sheet, and allowing the graphene sheet to expand, to obtain graphene flake compound composite sheet, and subjecting sheet to microwave, ultrasonic, high temperature or electrolytic treatment processes, to obtain flaky expanded graphene composite material thin pieces, so as to achieve the production of expanded graphene sheet, and peeling, and obtaining the final product in corresponding flaky graphene devices. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a flaky graphene device used in the above mentioned method; and (2) flaky graphene sheet prepared as mentioned above.
