DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing dispersion liquid comprising providing a graphene dispersion composition, processing the graphene dispersion composition through a dispersion device to prepare the graphene dispersion, where the dispersing device is at least one of an ultrasonic cell breaker, a high-pressure homogenizer, a sand mill, a ball mill, and a high-speed shear emulsifier.
