NOVELTY - Chemically modified graphene oxide comprises graphene oxide main body and graphene oxide ligand combined on the graphene oxide main body, the graphene oxide main body is formed with oxygen-containing group, the graphene oxide ligand is combined on the oxygen-containing group, the graphene oxide ligand can generate cross-linking reaction under illumination. USE - The chemically modified graphene oxide is useful in display device i.e. quantum dot-light-emitting diode electroluminescent device, organic light emitting diode and micro-light-emitting diode (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The chemically modified graphene oxide: provides a compact protective film layer on the quantum dot layer surface, using the strong developer to eliminate the residue at the same time; and can protect the quantum dots that need to be retained from being damaged or removed, and avoides the failure of the display device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Chemically modified graphene oxide comprises graphene oxide main body and graphene oxide ligand combined on the graphene oxide main body, the graphene oxide main body is formed with oxygen-containing group, the graphene oxide ligand is combined on the oxygen-containing group, the graphene oxide ligand can generate cross-linking reaction under illumination.
