NOVELTY - Preparation of fiber containing graphene comprises removing agriculture and forestry waste, sand and dust, drying to water content of 20-30%, and subjecting agriculture and forestry waste to screw extrusion treatment; placing in ultrasonic reaction kettle, adding sodium hydroxide solution to 30-50% ethanol solution at ratio is 1:6-8, cooking at 100-120 degrees C for 50-60 minutes, and discharging to obtain bleached pulp; mixing bleached pulp to 50-60% ethanol solution, and washing with water to obtain agricultural waste fiber; and adding graphene dispersion in agriculture and forestry waste fiber, mixing, decompressing, filtering for 40-60 minutes, and drying for 50-60 minutes at 80-120 minutes. USE - Method for preparing fiber containing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method has good conductive and antibacterial performances. It inhibits Staphylococcus aureus, colon Bacillus and hemolytic Streptococcus.
