NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped graphene oxide-based flexible supercapacitor, comprises obtaining anode plate and a cathode plate respectively, dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in distilled water, adding potassium hydroxide aqueous solution, and mixing to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol/ potassium hydroxide gel solution, binding positive plate and one side of the negative plate by the polyvinyl alcohol/ potassium hydroxide gel solution, where the other side of the positive plate and the other side of the negative plate are each bonded by the polyvinyl alcohol/ potassium hydroxide gel solution, adding polyethylene terephthalate substrate, where, the preparation method of the positive plate comprises mixing polyacrylic acid/nitrogen-doped graphene oxide grafted polyaniline interpenetrating network polymer hydrogel, acetylene black and polytetrafluoroethylene in absolute ethanol, ultrasonic dispersing, coating on surface of nickel foam, drying and pressing. USE - The method is useful for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene oxide-based flexible supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-doped graphite alkenyl flexible super capacitor prepared by the method has stable technique, easy operation, low device dependence, no pollution and so characteristics, suitable for industrial large-scale production, and it is expected to be an ideal super capacitor.
