NOVELTY - An organosilicon-modified epoxy anticorrosion paint comprises component (A) comprising 100 pts. wt. organosilicon-modified epoxy resin, 10-25 pts. wt. bisphenol F type epoxy resin, 5-15 pts. wt. ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 20-30 pts. wt. rutile, 3-5 pts. wt. UV absorber-327 (2-(3',5'-di-t-butyl-2'-hydroxyphenyl)-5-chlorobenzotriazole), 1-3 pts. wt. UV absorber-531 (2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone), 1-3 pts. wt. polyether-modified organosilicon defoamer, 4-8 pts. wt. silica, and 9-12 pts. wt. butyl acetate, and component (B) comprising 50-60 pts. wt. silicone oil, 45-65 pts. wt. zinc powder, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene microsheet, and 10-15 pts. wt. 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane. USE - Organosilicon-modified epoxy anticorrosion paint is used for refrigeration systems. ADVANTAGE - The paint has excellent weather resistance, crack resistance after curing, and electrochemical corrosion resistance.
