NOVELTY - Positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermally conducting ink, comprises conductive particles, a thermally conductive filler A, a coupling agent and a solution in a mass ratio of 1-1.2:0.5-2: 0.003-0.01: 4.5-6, where the conductive particle comprises a conductive filler B, a semi crystalline polymer and a solvent. The conductive filler B is carbon black, graphite, graphene, titanium diboride and/or metal micro powder. The solvent is xylene, ethyl acetate, N, N-dimethyl formamide and ethylene glycol mono butyl ether acetate. The heat conducting filler A is aluminium oxide, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, aluminium nitride and/or boron nitride. The solution comprises a connecting material and a solvent. USE - Used as positive temperature coefficient thermally conducting ink. ADVANTAGE - The ink: has high heat conductivity, high PTC ratio, stable room temperature resistance, fast response and low control temperature; and the method is simple and suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the positive temperature coefficient thermally conducting ink, comprising (1) mixing, stirring, drying and grinding the conductive filler B, semi-crystalline polymer and solvent to obtain conductive particles with PTC effect, (2) mixing and stirring the connecting material and solvent uniformly to obtain a solution, (3) adding the conductive particles, heat-conducting filler A and coupling agent into the resultant step solution according to the mass ratio and dispersing and uniformly stirring to obtain the ink, and (4) grinding and filtering the resultant ink to obtain the final product.
