▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene using starch comprises mixing starch and graphite powder at mass ratio of 5-10: 1, mixing with deionized water, heating to 53-60 degrees C, uniformly stirring, cooling to room temperature for 3-7 days, adding to continuous screw reaction extruder, extruding at 300-600 degrees C and 20-50 MPa under inert gas protection, putting on iron slag and water, ultrasonically separating for 30-60 minutes, centrifuging, taking upper layer clear liquid, evaporating at 60-80 degrees C, taking lower layer turbid liquid and drying filter residue at 60-80 degrees C for 12-24 hours. USE - Method for preparing graphene using starch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process and no impurity element production, reduces production cost, and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene using starch comprises mixing starch and graphite powder at mass ratio of 5-10: 1, mixing with deionized water to obtain mixed solution, heating to 53-60 degrees C, uniformly stirring to obtain mixed gelatinized starch mixture, cooling to room temperature for 3-7 days, adding to continuous screw reaction extruder, extruding at 300-600 degrees C and 20-50 MPa under inert gas protection to obtain graphene prefabricated slag block, putting on iron slag and water, ultrasonically separating for 30-60 minutes, centrifuging, taking upper layer clear liquid, evaporating at 60-80 degrees C, taking lower layer turbid liquid and drying filter residue at 60-80 degrees C for 12-24 hours.
