▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for screening sulfamethazine nucleic acid aptamers involves (a) using non-fixed graphene oxide (GO)-systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment (SELEX) technology to screen sulfamethazine aptamers, and (b) performing sequence optimization to obtain the core recognition region of the aptamer, which is cloned and synthesized in vitro to prepare a nucleic acid aptamer with high affinity and specificity for sulfamethazine. USE - The method is useful for screening sulfamethazine nucleic acid aptamers. The kit is useful for detecting sulfamethazine fluorescence and performing quantitative detection of sulfamethazine in milk test samples or egg tissue test samples (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for kit, which comprises graphene oxide-based fluorescence aptamer sensor comprising FAM (RTM: 5-Carboxyfluorescein)fluorophore-labeled aptamers and graphene oxide, where the FAM (RTM: 5-Carboxyfluorescein)fluorescent group-labeled sulfamethazine nucleic acid aptamer comprises one of 6 (80) base pair sequences (SEQ ID NOs: 1-6) all fully defined in the specification, or a base pair sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1s or 5s. cgttagacg (SEQ ID NO: 1s) and gctgatagc (SEQ ID NO: 5s).
