NOVELTY - Intelligent response bionic system based on 3 dimensional (3D) printing comprises 3D printing support, bionic modification layer and an intelligent response material. USE - The intelligent response bionic system is useful for cell culture, and regulating cell activity and function through physical stimulation (claimed), and in fields of functional material or scaffold preparation, stem cell culture, function regulation, tissue repair and disease treatment. ADVANTAGE - The intelligent response bionic system uses electrospinning to perform bionic modification on the 3D printing scaffold and endows scaffold with intelligent responsiveness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation method of an intelligent response bionic system based on 3D printing, involves preparing intelligent responsive materials, preparing 3D printing bracket by 3D printing device, uniformly mixing smart responsive material and the electrospun fiber material, and depositing fibers on the surface of the 3D printed scaffold by the electrospinning technology, or preparing intelligent responsive materials, mixing smart responsive material with the 3D printing material, preparing 3D printing bracket by the 3D printing device, and depositing fibers on the surface of the 3D printed scaffold by electrospinning technology; and (2) use of intelligent response bionic system based on 3D printing, for cell culture, and regulating cell activity and function through physical stimulation, where the cells include normal cells, stem cells, and tumor cells.
