▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Measuring activity of DNA methyltransferase comprises preparing reduced graphene oxide cadmium sulfide (RGOcdS): manganese nanoparticle (MnNPs), preparing carboxylated cadmium telluride quantum dots (CdTe QDs) and cadmium telluride (CdTe) DNA network structure, pre-treating gold electrode, preparing photoelectrochemical (PEC) biological sensor, and detecting PEC signal response detection. USE - The method is useful for measuring activity of DNA methyltransferase (claimed) which is used as a potential cancer biomarker and drug action target in cancer treatment. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple to operate, does not need complex and expensive instrument or complex signal mark, and provides ultra-sensitive detection of methyltransferase MTase. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart illustrating the method for measuring activity of DNA methyltransferase as a potential cancer biomarker and drug action target in cancer treatment (Drawing includes non-English language text).
