NOVELTY - An amino-functional three-dimensional graphene has three-dimensional self-assembled graphene surface with a primary amine. USE - Amino-functional three-dimensional graphene is used for preparing biosensor for detecting and adsorbing heavy metal ions (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) biosensor, which has self-assembled amino-functional three-dimensional graphene with octadecyl primary amine on surface, on a gold electrode and octadecyl primary amine bonded by electrostatic-adsorption DNA probe; (2) preparation of biosensor, which involves immersing gold electrode or gold film in ethanol solution of octadecanethiol, washing and drying to obtain self-assembled gold electrode, immersing self-assembled gold electrode in octadecanethiol dimensional graphene suspension, removing, further immersing in ethanol solution of octadecyl primary amine, washing and drying to obtain self-assembled three-dimensional graphene amino-functionalized gold electrode, immersing self-assembled three-dimensional graphene amino-functionalized gold electrode in solution of DNA probes, washing and drying gold electrode; and (3) application of biosensor, which involves immersing biosensor in solution containing heavy metal ions, carrying out electrochemical performance testing and calculating content of heavy metal ions in solution with respect to standard curve.
