NOVELTY - Connector assembly comprises an electric connecting framework and a connector connected with two ends of the electric connection framework, where the connector comprises a connecting terminal (3), a shell (21) and an inner shell (4). The inner shell is arranged in the shell and has a shielding efficiency. The two electric connection frames are electrically connected to the connecting terminal. The outer periphery of the electrical connection framework is covered with an insulating layer (11) and a shielding layer (12) from the inside to the outside. The shielding layer is connected with the inner shell electrically. The material of the inner housing includes conductive plastic, and the outer housing and the inside housing are fixed on a portion of the connection terminal and portion of the electronic connection framework in an integral manner. USE - Connector assembly for an automobile electric device. ADVANTAGE - The assembly uses the electric connecting framework to replace the multi-core copper cable, reduces cable diameter, cable weight and cable weight, convenient to install cable, reduces friction with the vehicle shell, and prolongs service life of the connector assembly. The shell and the inner shell are integrally fixed on portion of the connecting terminal and portion of an electric connecting frame, so that the processing is convenient, reduces product weight, and ensures waterproof sealing effect of connector, and further reduces production cost of connector. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of manufacturing a connector assembly, which involve: equentially stripping end portion of the electric connection framework of portion of the outer insulating layer, the shielding layer and the insulating layer, after the electric connection framework is cut off in a fixed length mode; preparing the connecting terminal in a forging, stamping, extruding or machining mode; electrically connecting electric connection framework with the connecting terminal in a welding mode to form a welding semi-finished product; preparing a double-color forming machine, and pouring the raw materials of the outer shell and the inner shell into a charging barrel of the double-color forming machine; placing the welding semi-finished product in a forming die of the forming machine; opening the double-color forming machine, and sequentially injecting the inner shell and the outer shell on the connecting terminals and the electric connecting framework from inside to outside.
