▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphene nano tae has a carbon nanostructure that is provided with a flat cylinder shape. Inner walls are provided with a tape-shaped portion which is adjoined or attached for covering a full length. An outer diameter of tape-shaped portion is set to more than 1 nm and less than 10 nm, while thickness of the tape-shaped portion is set to more than 0.5 nm-1 nm or less. The carbon nanostructure is provided with a single layer and a flat cylinder shape of three or less layers. USE - Graphene nano tape for use in electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The electroconductivity, thermal conductivity and mechanical characteristics of carbon nanostructure are improved. The formation of the bundle in carbon nanostructure aggregate is suppressed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a carbon nanostructure aggregate has a mean outside diameter of 2-9 nm. The ratio of band peak intensity with respect to band peak intensity in a Raman spectrum is set to 2 or more and 10 or less. The specific surface area is set to 600 m2/g or more; and (2) a manufacturing method of carbon nanostructure aggregate involves coating a coating liquid containing an aluminum compound on a base material. The coating liquid is dried so as to form an aluminum thin film on the base material. The coating liquid containing an iron compound is applied on the aluminum thin film. The coating liquid is dried at 50 degrees C or less, so as to form an iron thin film on the aluminum thin film and obtain a catalyst base material. The mixed gas of source gas and nitrogen gas which contain carbon in the catalyst base material is supplied. The carbon nanostructure aggregate on the catalyst base material is made from carbon nanostructure containing the graphene nano tape.
