NOVELTY - The device has a device structure orderly arranged with an ITO anode, a hole transmitting layer, a luminous layer and an electronic transmission layer. An electron injection layer is covered on a cathode and formed by cesium carbonate material. Thickness of the electron injection layer is 1nm. Graphene oxide is doped to the cesium carbonate material, where mass ratio percentage of the graphene and the cesium carbonate material is 1: 4. Thickness of the hole transmission layer is 50nm. Thickness of the luminous layer and the electronic transmission layer are about 80nm. USE - Cesium carbonate doped graphene electron injection layer organic electroluminescent device. ADVANTAGE - The device has simple operation, high processing efficiency, low cost and better compare feature, and can utilize the cesium carbonate-doped graphene as the electron injection layer for increasing brightness of an organic electroluminescent device, and performs organic gas phase deposition to realize conveninet heating and evaporation in the cesium carbonate-doped graphene.
