NOVELTY - The preparation of tin oxide particles/graphene nanocomposite cathode material involves dissolving tin source in ethanol solution to prepare ethanol solution of tin, preparing graphene oxide solution by ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, dripping ethanol solution of tin in graphene oxide solution, stirring to obtain mixed solution, centrifuging the mixture, rinsing, subjecting resulting precipitate to a drying treatment, carrying out heat treatment reaction, and cooling. USE - Preparation of tin oxide particles/graphene nanocomposite cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of tin oxide particles/graphene nanocomposite cathode material with high reversible specific capacity, high charge and discharge characteristics and long service life at low cost by simple and environmentally-friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of tin oxide particles/graphene nanocomposite cathode material involves dissolving tin source in ethanol solution to prepare ethanol solution of tin, preparing graphene oxide solution by ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, dripping ethanol solution of tin in graphene oxide solution at temperature of 5-75 degrees C, stirring for 0.5-24.0 hours to obtain mixed solution, centrifuging the mixture, rinsing, subjecting resulting precipitate to a drying treatment, carrying out heat treatment reaction at 300-650 degrees C for 0.5-10 hours in the protection of atmosphere, and cooling in furnace.
