▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Transfer of graphene involves providing a carrier on graphene, providing catalytic metal layer on one side of the graphene, removing the carrier such that graphene is placed facing another structure, providing a target substrate, plasma processing with oxygen and argon in the flow ratio of 0.1-0.5, and compressing. USE - Method is useful for transfer of graphene used in transparent display and transparent electrode of bent display and touch panel. ADVANTAGE - The method suppresses degradation of electrical characteristics of graphene even in high temperature and high humidity conditions, and enhances conductivity.
