NOVELTY - A plastic comprises 2-70 %mass resin comprising one or mixture of polyamide, polycarbonate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyethylene terephthalate, polyoxymethylene, polyphenylene ether, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, polypropylene, polyphenylene sulfide, polysulfone, polyethylene, polymethylmethacrylate, PTFE, polystyrene or polyvinyl chloride, 0.001-10 %mass graphene and 20-95 %mass thermally conductive toughening filler comprising one or mixture of quartz, mica, diopside, wollastonite, amphibole, calcite, bauxite, feldspar, barite, serpentine, calcium carbonate, gypsum, nepheline, talc, fluorite, leucite, dolomite, marble, mullite or kaolinite. USE - Plastic used for thermally and/or mechanically toughened reinforcing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The plastic has high heat conduction and insulation performance and is economically prepared by plastic molding process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of plastic which involves (1) adding graphene to water and/or organic solvent to form a graphene solution, (2) adding thermally conductive toughening filler to the graphene solution to obtain graphene/thermally toughening filler composite mixture, (3) subjecting to stratification, removing graphene/thermally toughening filler composite mixture from the solvent to obtain a graphene/thermally toughening filler composite, (4) mixing the composite material with resin and forming plastic by plastic molding process.
