▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Target material detection sensor comprises either: a first substrate (100) on which the fluid flows along the surface direction, at least one graphene channel (120) in which electrical characteristics change as the target material binds to the detection material (130) and formed on the first substrate, and a measuring electrode (140) formed on one side of the graphene channel for measuring the changed electrical characteristics; or the first substrate, a bias electrode for applying voltage on the first substrate, at least one graphene channel, and the measuring electrode. USE - Used as target material detection sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor improves sensing changes in electrical characteristics of target material, and detects extremely small amount of target material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing target material detection sensor, comprising either: (a1) providing the first substrate through which fluid flows along surface direction, (b1) forming at least one graphene channel on the first substrate, (c1) forming the measuring electrode on one side of the graphene channel to sense the change in electrical characteristics of the graphene channel, and (d1) forming the detection material on the graphene channel to selectively bind the target substance in the fluid; or (a1), (b2) forming the bias electrode for applying bias voltage on the first substrate, (c2) forming at least one graphene channel on the bias electrode, (d2) forming the measuring electrode on one side of the graphene channel to sense the change in the electrical characteristics of the graphene channel, and (e2) forming the detection material on the graphene channel to selectively bind the target substance in the fluid.
