NOVELTY - A transition metal oxide/graphene composite manufacturing method involves dispersing graphite oxide powder into distilled water, and mixing dispersion solution and transition metal salt. The reaction mixture is treated under microwave. USE - Method for manufacturing transition metal oxide / graphene composite of a secondary lithium battery, a fuel cell, a super capacitor and a gas sensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing synthesis time of transition metal oxide/graphene composite, and allows transition metal oxide to be evenly distributed on the graphene.
