NOVELTY - Reflective material adhesive comprises 100 pts. wt. flexible acrylic acid polymer, 5-12 pts. wt. composite curing agent, 3-15 pts. wt. tackifier, 0.5-2 pts. wt. organic fluorescent agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-1 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant; where the flexible acrylic polymer is obtained by free radical polymerization of 30-40 pts. wt. polyurethane acrylate, 20-40 pts. wt. 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 1-5 pts. wt. epoxy acrylate and 2-10 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl acrylate and the molecular weight is 20-40 million. USE - The reflective material adhesive is useful for clothing to attach reflective strips to clothing or cloth surfaces including chinlon, terylene or orlon (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The adhesive: has high flexibility, high initial tack, high final adhesion force and active warning adhesive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing reflective material adhesive, comprising (i) mixing silane coupling agent, graphene and organic fluorescent agent to obtain fluorescent component, (ii) carrying out free radical polymerization of polyurethane acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, epoxy acrylate and hydroxyethyl acrylate to obtain flexible acrylic polymer, and (iii) mixing flexible acrylic polymer and fluorescent component, then adding hexamethylene diisocyanate and reacting under stirring conditions for more than 1 hour, adding antioxidant, tackifier and ketimine and stirring with fluorescent component to obtain final product; and (2) use method of reflective material adhesive for clothing, comprising coating adhesive on one side of a polyvinyl chloride reflective strips, and after coating is uniformly applied, attaching adhesive-coated polyvinyl chloride reflective strips to clothing or fabric surfaces and performing aging for more than 24 hours.
