NOVELTY - Preparing a wear-resistant plastic sandal material involves adding rosin resin, maleic anhydride composite modified graphene, and coupling agent to the reactor in sequence, and heating to 155-170 degrees C, stirring at 200r / min for 40min, then naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain a composite material, adding the basalt fiber to the surfactant solution, and treating under a water bath heat preservation for 1-2 hours to obtain a pretreated basalt fiber. The compound material, the pretreated basalt fiber, the PVC resin, and the composite plasticizer are sequentially added to an extruder and melt-extruded to obtain a master batch. USE - Method for preparing a wear-resistant plastic sandal material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a wear-resistant plastic sandal material, which stabilizes the network structure, thus greatly improves the wear resistance of the plastic sandal material.
