▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide-modified copolyesteramide and its fibers comprises mixing graphene oxide and caprolactam monomer, transferring into reaction kettle, adding dicarboxylic acid and ring-opening polymerization catalyst, introducing nitrogen gas, heating mixture to 230-260 degrees C for 4-6 hours, mixing with alcohol oligomer and catalyst, reacting at 230-260 degrees C for 1-3 hours, purging with nitrogen at 230-260 degrees C, cooling, and pelletizing to obtain graphene oxide-modified copolyesteramide chips; and drying chips, and melt-spinning in twin-screw extruder to obtain its fiber. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide-modified copolyesteramide and its fibers used for electromagnetic and electrostatic protective clothing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The copolyesteramide has tensile strength of 50-130 MPa, impact strength of 60~140 J/m, conductivity of 10-7-10-2 S/cm, melting temperature of 100-220 degrees C, and moisture rate of 1-6%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide-modified copolyesteramide and its fibers comprises mixing graphene oxide and caprolactam monomer at 121-135 degrees C for 1-3 hours, transferring into reaction kettle, adding dicarboxylic acid and ring-opening polymerization catalyst, introducing nitrogen gas, heating mixture to 230-260 degrees C for 4-6 hours, mixing with alcohol oligomer and catalyst, reacting at 230-260 degrees C for 1-3 hours, purging with nitrogen at 230-260 degrees C, cooling, and pelletizing to obtain graphene oxide-modified copolyesteramide chips; and drying chips, and melt-spinning in twin-screw extruder to obtain its fiber.
