NOVELTY - The chip has a distributed circuit (1,2) and a lumped element circuit. The distributed circuit adopts a four-port microstrip directional coupler. The four-port microstrip directional coupler is provided with an input end (1A), a through end, a coupling end (2A) and an isolation end. The coupling end and the isolation end are respectively connected in series with a lumped element circuit. The length of the microstrip line of the four-port microstrip directional coupler is less than one-quarter wavelength. A first inductor (L1) and a fourth inductor (L4) are provided with the same inductance value. The second inductor and a fifth inductor (L5) are provided with the same inductance value. USE - Miniaturized directional coupler chip. ADVANTAGE - The chip provides high-performance. The chip is small in volume and inexpensive, and utilizes a microstrip line structure at the output end and the straight end with low insertion loss and large power passing ability. The signal output by the isolation end provides high isolation degree in the ultra-wideband.
