NOVELTY - Auxiliary suspension cell imaging system comprises functional mark of the magnetic micro-sphere, cell carrier and magnetic field generating device of the functional mark surface. The functionalized marker of the magnetic microsphere and the functional marker of the cell carrier have specific binding effect. USE - Used as auxiliary suspension cell imaging system. ADVANTAGE - The system can be suspended cell shape is not damaged, using confocal microscope to shoot can obtain clear complete cell imaging result, so as to obtain the normal physiological structure of the cell, is economical and strong applicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use method of the system for assisting suspension cell imaging comprising (1) mixing the magnetic microsphere of the functional label with the suspension cell to obtain the marked suspension cell; (2) adding the mark suspension cell obtained in step (1) into the cell carrier of the functionalized mark surface, allowing to stand in the magnetic field generating device, carrying out physical fixation for marking suspension cell and (3) using microscope to carry out suspension cell imaging.
