▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene/titanium dioxide photocatalytic composite material comprises three-dimensional graphene framework and titanium dioxide nano-particles. The graphene has a macroporous structure. The titanium oxide is mesoporous titania, macroporous and mesoporous connected with each other. The titanium dioxide nano-particles are dispersed on a graphene nano-sheet, where the nano-particles are filled in graphene macro-pores. The titanium dioxide is a pure anatase-type crystal body. USE - Used as a photocatalytic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material is environmentally-friendly, has high activity and high absorption. The method is simple and suitable for large scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene/titanium dioxide photocatalytic composite material, comprising: (a) preparing titanium dioxide nano-particles using titanium source via sol-gel method and hydrothermal treatment method; (b) synthesizing graphite oxide using chemical method, then dissolving the graphite oxide in ethanol by repeated ultrasonication, then centrifuging to obtain graphite oxide solution; (c) dissolving titanium dioxide nano-particles in ethanol solution, dispersing ultrasonically, adding aqueous ammonia and carrying out hydrothermal reaction in a reaction kettle; (d) cooling the reaction product to room temperature, filtering and freeze-drying; and (e) drying the sample in a tubular furnace under inert atmosphere at 500 degrees C for 2-3 hours.
