▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a high thermal conductivity graphene thick film, involves: preparing a slurry containing 3-12 wt.% graphite oxide and balance of water; scraping the slurry onto a base film by a scraper coating method to form a wet film, where the thickness of the graphite oxide wet film on the base film is 2 12 mm; and drying the coated base film in a hot air oven by circular segmentation method so that one section of the segmented oven is heated by magnetic induction and a graphene dry film is formed after baking. USE - Method for preparing a high thermal conductivity graphene thick film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to improve drying temperature of the wet film and blowing volume on the upper and lower surfaces of the wet film, prepare high thermal conductivity graphene thick film i.e. an ideal graphene dry film, improve drying efficiency and realize very obvious power saving effect.
