NOVELTY - The preparation of metal-nitrogen independent co-doped graphene gel involves dispersing oxidized graphene in water, obtaining graphene oxide dispersion liquid, mixing resulting graphene oxide dispersion liquid with crosslinking agent, hydrothermally reacting mixture, cross-linking, obtaining a hydrogel containing graphene and crosslinking agent, drying hydrogel, obtaining crosslinking agent supported xerogel, placing dried gel under argon environment, calcining, obtaining nitrogen-doped graphene gel, dripping nitrogen-doped graphene gel into metal precursor solution and calcining. USE - Preparation of metal-nitrogen independent co-doped graphene gel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of metal-nitrogen independent co-doped graphene gel with increased stability, enhanced catalytic performance and high electric current density by simple process.
