▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-carbon rod composite material comprises carbon rod intercalated between graphene oxide layers. The composite material has specific surface area of 289-357 m2/g and mesoporous pore diameter of 5-10 nm. The graphene oxide is prepared by hummer method. The carbon rod has length of 10-20 mu m and diameter of 0.5-0.7 mu m. The carbon rod is prepared by forming porous oxide film on surface of aluminum substrate by electrochemical method; repeatedly filling asphalt resin carbon source in pores of porous oxide film as hard template; mechanically polishing resulting material; removing the hard template by strong acid etching; and washing, drying, and dissolving to obtain aqueous solution of carbon rods. USE - The graphene oxide-carbon rod composite material is used as catalyst carrier for gas-solid phase catalytic reaction. ADVANTAGE - The use of carbon rod as intercalation agent of graphene oxide separates agglomeration of graphene oxide and increases specific surface area of graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite material by preparing 20-25 wt.% graphene oxide aqueous solution by hummer method; preparing 10-15 wt.% carbon rod aqueous solution; adding the carbon rod aqueous solution into the graphene oxide aqueous solution, and ultrasonically stirring; and freeze-drying.
