NOVELTY - A composite material comprises 50-70 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 5-15 pts. wt. bamboo charcoal powder base material, 15-30 pts. wt. conductive filler, 0-10 pts. wt. toughening agent, 5-10 pts. wt. plasticizer, and 0.5-2 pts. wt. additive. USE - Composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has a resistivity of 6.5 ( Omega ).cm, and contains bamboo charcoal powder which effectively adsorb and degrade formaldehyde and other harmful substances when blended as a filler, and create an aldehyde-free space for humans. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite material, which involves weighing 50-70 parts mass polypropylene resin, 5-15 parts mass bamboo charcoal powder base material, 15-30 parts mass conductive filler, 0-10 parts mass toughening agent, 5-10 parts mass plasticizer and 0.5-2 parts mass additive, stirring the raw materials using high speed stirring device at 1000 rpm for 5 minutes, drying in a vacuum oven at 105 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain a premix, adding the premix to the torque rheometer, melting, kneading at 170 degrees C for 10 minutes to obtain a polypropylene-based bamboo charcoal composite melt, hot-pressing the polypropylene-based bamboo charcoal composite material melt in a plate vulcanizing machine for 10 minutes, in which the temperature of the upper and lower plates is 175 degrees C, leaving the mixture, and cooling to room temperature.
