DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an epoxy-carbon composite reinforced with large surface graphene, which comprises a structure consisting of n layers of carbon prepregs and n-1 layers of film adhesive combined with graphene, where the outer layers of the composite are carbon prepregs.
