NOVELTY - The method involves mixing graphene oxide and with tin metal. Anhydrous ethanol flushing and drying processes are performed. Tin/graphene composite material is obtained by performing heating process under low temperature. A polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber is obtained. Polar solvent drying process is performed. Tin/graphite/carbon fiber/composite lithium ion battery cathode material preparing process is performed. The polar solvent is selected from a group consisting of water, ethanol and acetone. Oxidized graphite alkene chemical oxidation process is performed. USE - Tin/graphene/carbon fiber composite lithium battery cathode material preparing method.
