NOVELTY - Rapid film forming disinfectant comprises 0.5 pts. wt. chitosan, 0.5 pts. wt. lactic acid, 1 pts. wt. nano silver antibacterial agent DM-Ag05, 20 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, 1 pts. wt. nano graphene dispersion, and 78 pts. wt. pure water, the preparation method of nano-graphene dispersion comprises mixing nano-graphene powder, calcium chloride, silicone resin and isopropanol uniformly by ultrasonic, heating to 60 degrees C, reacting for 2 hours to form nano-graphene solution, where the dosage ratio of nano-graphene powder, calcium chloride, silicone resin and isopropyl alcohol is 2 g:0.5 g:0.5 g:80 ml, and the average diameter of nano-graphene fibers is 90 nm. USE - Used as rapid film forming disinfectant. ADVANTAGE - The disinfectant: has good stability, uniform film formation, short setting time, long sterilization time, strong wear resistance, good adhesion, smooth surface, long-lasting adhesion properties, significant antibacterial, and bactericidal activity and ultra-high stability; formed 1.5 minutes after spraying; ensures 99% disinfection effect after 7 days, and 95% disinfection effect after 15 days. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing rapid film-forming disinfectant, comprising (i) preparing nano-graphene dispersion liquid as mentioned above, (ii) adding carboxymethyl cellulose, chitosan, lactic acid, glycerol to pure water, and stirring for 15-30 minutes, (iii) adding nano-silver ion antibacterial agent DM-Ag05, nano-graphene dispersion, defoamer X-401, dispersant F-501, wetting agent gsk588, and absolute ethanol, stirring at 60 degrees C for 30 minutes, and (iv) cooling down to room temperature, adding lavender essential oil, and stirring for 5 minutes to obtain disinfectant solution; and (2) use method of rapid film-forming disinfectant, comprising adding disinfectant into the spraying device, spraying onto the disinfected object, drying naturally, the disinfectant will form a transparent sterilization film on the surface of the disinfected object.
