▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide nanosheet-covered zinc oxide quantum dot core-shell structure is prepared by combusting hydrocarbons in fume hood, collecting soot produced from incomplete combustion by placing upside down beaker above flames in which soot purity is greater than or equal to 95%, preparing graphite oxide by ultrasonic stripping solution to obtain graphene oxide nanosheet solution, carrying out sol-gel method using zinc acetate and lithium hydroxide zinc oxide quantum dot solution, adding graphene oxide nanosheet solution, and adding ethanol while magnetically stirring. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide nanosheet-covered zinc oxide quantum dot core-shell structure (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple and controlled at low temperature, and core-shell structure has uniform dispersion, good stability, and controllable morphology. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide sheet-covered zinc oxide quantum dot core-shell structure is prepared by combusting hydrocarbons in fume hood, collecting soot produced from incomplete combustion by placing upside down beaker above flames in which soot purity is greater than or equal to 95%, preparing graphite oxide by ultrasonic stripping solution to obtain graphene oxide nanosheet solution, carrying out sol-gel method using zinc acetate and lithium hydroxide zinc oxide quantum dot solution, adding graphene oxide nanosheet solution, adding ethanol while magnetically stirring with volume ratio ethanol:graphene oxide nanosheet zinc oxide quantum dots aqueous solution 1:20-30, heating at 60-90 degrees C for 2-4 hours, and cooling at room temperature. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a transmission electron microscope image of graphene oxide nanosheet-covered zinc oxide quantum dot core-shell structure.
