NOVELTY - A wear-resistant biodegradable antistatic packing material comprises 2-4 pts. wt. synergist, 45-55 pts. wt. biodegradable polymer, 2-4 pts. wt. coupling agent, 15-25 pts. wt. starch, 0.8-1.4 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 6-8 pts. wt. wear-resistant additive, 4-8 pts. wt. lignin, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. sodium humate, and 1-2 pts. wt. plasticizer. USE - Wear-resistant biodegradable antistatic packing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The antistatic packing material has excellent wear resistance, excellent antistatic property, wear resistance, scratch resistance, mechanical strength, mechanical property, impact resistance, size stability, and degradation ability, and is biodegradable and prepared by simple and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of wear-resistant biodegradable antistatic packing material, which involves (1) weighing raw materials, (2) adding coupling agent, starch, graphene, lignin, and sodium humate to a high-speed mixer, and mixing at speed of 250-350 rpm for 15-25 minutes to obtain mixture (A), (3) adding biodegradable polymer, wear-resistant additive, and synergistic agent to an instant reactor, and stirring at 120-130 degrees C and 0.6-0.8 MPa and speed of 300-400 rpm for 13-19 minutes to obtain mixture (B), (4) adding mixture (A) and mixture (B) into a stirrer, stirring at speed of 200-300 rpm for 5-7 minutes, adding plasticizer, continuously stirring for 9-11 minutes, adding the mixed material into a twin-screw extruder, melting and extruding in the twin-screw extruder, where the temperature of the twin-screw extruder is 165-175 degrees C in zone (I), 175-185 degrees C in zone (II), 185-195 degrees C in zone (III), and 195-205 degrees C in zone (IV), the die temperature is 220-240 degrees C, and the screw rotating speed is 45-55 rpm, rolling by a casting sheet, bidirectional stretching at 120-130 degrees C, naturally cooling and forming.
