NOVELTY - Graphene/organic fiber in-situ reinforced urea-formaldehyde foam material comprises 100 pts. wt. 37% formaldehyde aqueous solution, 41-62 pts. wt. urea, 1-10 pts. wt. surfactant e.g. Span-60 (RTM: sorbitan monostearate), 1-10 pts. wt. foaming agent e.g. ammonium bicarbonate, 0.01-5 pts. wt. curing agent e.g. ammonium chloride, 0.05-20 pts. wt. graphene, 0.05-20 pts. wt. organic fiber e.g. ultra-high molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol fiber, and 0.05-5 pts. wt. coupling agent i.e. polyhydroxy polyether compound having hydroxyl value of 20-700 mg potassium hydroxide (KOH)/g. USE - Graphene/organic fiber in-situ reinforced urea-formaldehyde foam material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene/organic fiber in-situ reinforced urea-formaldehyde foam material comprises 100 pts. wt. 37% formaldehyde aqueous solution, 41-62 pts. wt. urea, 1-10 pts. wt. surfactant, 1-10 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.01-5 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.05-20 pts. wt. graphene, 0.05-20 pts. wt. organic fiber, and 0.05-5 pts. wt. coupling agent. The surfactant is Span-60 (RTM: sorbitan monostearate), Tween-80 (RTM: polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate), sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, sodium dioctyl succinate, lauric acid sodium sulfate, and/or alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether. The foaming agent is ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, n-hexane, cyclohexane, n-pentane, cyclopentane, and/or petroleum ether. The curing agent is ammonium chloride, formic acid, ammonium sulfate, hydrochloric acid, Quadrol (RTM: tetra(2-hydroxypropyl)ethylenediamine), ammonium persulfate, phthalic acid, p-methylbenzene sulfonic acid, sulfanilic acid, diammonium phosphate, and/or ammonium sulfamate. The organic fiber is ultra-high molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol fiber, polyimide fiber, aromatic polyamide fiber, aromatic polyester fiber, ultra-high molecular weight polyacrylonitrile fiber, and/or ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber. The coupling agent is polyhydroxy polyether compound having hydroxyl value of 20-700 mg KOH/g. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/organic fiber in-situ reinforced urea-formaldehyde foam material comprising preparing graphene modified urea-formaldehyde resin liquid by adding graphene and coupling agent into formaldehyde aqueous solution, ultrasonically dispersing at 25-90 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, adjusting the pH of the system at 7.8-8.5, adding the first batch of urea, reacting at 70-85 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, adjusting the pH of the system at 4.5-5.2 using formic acid solution, continuously reacting until atomization phenomenon occurs, adding the second batch of urea, reacting for 0.5-2 hours, adjusting the pH at 7-9, adding the third batch of urea, reacting for 5-30 minutes, discharging, and obtaining graphene modified urea-formaldehyde resin liquid, adding organic fiber and surfactant, high speed stirring for 1-5 minutes, adding foaming agent, continuously stirring for 1-10 minutes, adding curing agent, stirring uniformly, pouring into foam mold, oven heating at 30-120 degrees C, foaming and curing to obtain the product.
