NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene-ion-coated glass fabric, involves coating graphene by impregnating a glass fabric with a graphene dispersion solution, washing the graphene-coated glass fabric, ionically bonding graphene to the glass fabric by impregnating the washed graphene-coated glass fabric with a cationic polymer solution, washing the graphene-ion-coated glass fabric, and repeating the above steps 5 or more times. USE - Manufacture of graphene-ion-coated glass fabric used for forming composites (all claimed) for wind power generation blades. ADVANTAGE - The method enables uniform coating of graphene on glass fabric, strong ionic bonding of graphene to the fabric, and formation of graphene coating layer with uniform thickness, without damage to glass fiber. The obtained product provides lightweight composites having excellent mechanical strength and electromagnetic wave shielding performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene-ion-coated glass fabric; and (2) composite obtained by mixing the graphene-ion-coated glass fabric and a curable polymer resin, and curing.
