▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of self-supporting graphene film comprises adding reducing agent to graphene oxide aqueous solution, and stirring to obtain pre-reduced graphene oxide mixture solution; passing through microporous PTFE membrane vacuum filter to carry out filtration, stripping to obtain pre-reduced crude graphene oxide thin film, and vacuum oven-drying; and placing into hydrothermal reactor, adding aqueous reductant, reacting, taking out, washing with deionized water, and drying. USE - Method for production of self-supporting graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, nontoxic and environment-friendly, and it has natural degradation method without environment pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of self-supporting graphene film comprises: (A) adding reducing agent to 2-5 mg/mL graphene oxide aqueous solution at ratio of 0.5:1-2:1, and stirring at room temperature to carry out pre-reduction for 16-24 hours to obtain pre-reduced graphene oxide mixture solution; (B) passing through 0.22 mu m pore size microporous PTFE membrane vacuum filter to carry out filtration, stripping to remove PTFE microporous membrane to obtain pre-reduced crude graphene oxide thin film, and vacuum oven-drying to 80-150 degrees C for 16-24 hours; and (C) placing into hydrothermal reactor, adding 2.5-20 mg/mL aqueous reductant at mass ratio of 0.5:1-4:1, reacting to 90-150 degrees C for 16-24 hours, taking out, washing with deionized water, and drying. The reducing agent is MESNA, ascorbic acid and/or sodium ascorbate.
