▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene nanopore array comprises coating carbon solution on surface of porous anodic aluminum oxide template; pressing porous anodic aluminum oxide template on metal substrate surface, peeling porous anodic aluminum oxide template, ensuring carbon remains in metal substrate surface and reserving carbon source surface pattern consistent; and annealing metal base in the presence of hydrogen and argon gas and concerting carbon source into graphene nanopore arrays. USE - Method for preparing graphene nanopore array (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanoporous array structure has pore size of 10-300 nm and hole width and hole wall of 10-500 nm and has excellent controllability of pore size.
