▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Air purifier filter material comprises 100 pts. wt. modified loofah and 20-30 pts. wt. graphene material. USE - The purifier filter material is useful for degrading organic pollutants e.g. formaldehyde and methyl orange under photo catalysis. ADVANTAGE - The material: has both elasticity, network gap and sterilization and antibacterial effect and long shelf life; supports graphene material; and assembles into an aerogel structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing air purifier filter material, comprising (i) selecting natural mature aged loofah, peeling off the outer skin, removing the internal helium, adding into a 30% sodium hydroxide solution, adding specific amount of ethanol or propanol, where mass of ethanol or propanol is 20%, alkalizing at room temperature for 48-72 hours, placing in a microwave of 700 W for intermittent irradiation for 10 minutes, refluxing in constant temperature water bath at 80 degrees C for 3 hours, washing product many times with deionized water until is neutral and filtering under vacuum to obtain a modified loofah; (ii) dissolving the graphene material in deionized water, dispersing ultrasonically for 1-2 hours, forming a 1-5 g/ml graphene material dispersion, and adding an ethanediamine (EDA) reducing agent to obtain graphene material dispersion solution; and soaking immersed loofah in the graphene dispersion, adding 0.01 ml (10%) sodium hydroxide solution into 1 ml graphene dispersion, stirring magnetically for 30 minutes, transferring into a tube furnace under argon a gas-protected atmosphere, heating mixture to 80-90 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain a hydrogel, dialyzing hydrogel against a 20% hydro alcoholic solution for 6 hours, freezing in refrigerator and freeze-drying using lyophilizer to obtain an aerogel.
