▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-polydopamine/poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) composite bone stent preparing method involves depositing dopamine on the surface of graphene oxide to obtain a graphene oxide-polydopamine powder. The graphene oxide-polydopamine powder is mixed with poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) powder by liquid phase for carrying out solid-liquid separation process, followed by drying and grinding the separated solid to obtain a composite powder. The composite powder is subjected to selective laser sintering process to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing a graphene oxide-polydopamine/poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) composite bone stent by dopamine-modified graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the graphene oxide-polydopamine/poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) composite bone stent with better effect of preventing agglomeration, improved biological activity, high efficiency and better mechanical performance.
