▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Photothermal agent comprises black phosphorus (BP)/reduced graphene oxide (rGO) hybrid and a distearoylphosphatidylethanolamine (DSPE)-polyethylene glycol (PEG)-folic acid (FA) coated on the BP/rGO hybrid. USE - The photothermal agent is useful in preparation of photodynamic therapy drugs (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The photothermal agent has excellent photothermal performance in near infrared (NIR) region and good dispersibility in water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the photothermal agent, which involves (a) synthesizing BP from commercially available red phosphorus (RP) by sonochemical method, where the BP is orthorhombic BP, (b) loading the BP synthesized in step (a) on porous GO to prepare BP/rGO hybrid, and (c) using the polymer DSPE-PEG-FA to modify the BP/rGO hybrid obtained in step (b).
