The silicon carbon shell nanoparticles comprise a shell structure, a hollow structure comprising graphene material, and filling particles comprising silicon nanomaterials arranged in the shell structure. The shell structure has size of 100 nm-100 microm. The filling particles have size of 5-500 nm.
