NOVELTY - Material for filtering leachate of phosphogypsum slag field comprises impregnating porous adsorbent with hydrophobic modifier in an equal volume at 30-50 degrees C, drying at 45-55 degrees C, immersing in volume with a hydrophilic modifier at 30-50 degrees C, and drying at 45-55 degrees C, soaking in the same volume of salt solution at 50-80 degrees C and drying at 45-55 degrees C. In the filtration of the leaching filtrate of the phosphogypsum slag field, controlling water inflow at 1-15 m3/hour, controlling temperature to 25-45 degrees C, and controlling pH to 3-7. USE - The material is useful for filtering leachate of phosphogypsum slag field. ADVANTAGE - The porous adsorbent material layer has better absorb the heavy metals and anion components, and reduces heavy metals and the leachate. The concentration of toxic and harmful anions and other substances, adsorption time is long, adsorption capacity is large economical. The method is simple, and the industrial application is easy. The treated phosphogypsum leachate satisfies the standards of Type 3 water bodies stipulated in the Groundwater Quality Standards standard. The adsorbed heavy metal and anion components can be analyzed and used as secondary resources.
