▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Silicon dioxide-graphene modified masterbatch is made of 25-35 pts. wt. silica-graphene modified polyvinyl chloride carrier, 50-60 pts. wt. pigment toner, and 12-18 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - Silicon dioxide-graphene modified masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The silicon dioxide-graphene modified masterbatch is used to reduce the migration rate of the pigment, improve the overall stability of the masterbatch, pigment color is maintained for a longer time, and the preparation process of the product is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, process is simple, which can save manpower, electricity, equipment and production sites. The resulting product has good aging resistance, migration resistance and strong stability. The color is bright, the dispersion is good, the retention period is long, and the production process is suitable for automation and continuous production, which produce good economic benefits. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the silicon dioxide-graphene modified masterbatch, which involves: (A) adding silica-graphene modified polyvinyl chloride carrier, the pigment toner, and the dispersant to the mixer in sequence, stirring and mixing for 4-6 minutes at 100-150 rpm to obtain a mixture; (B) feeding above-mentioned mixture into a mixer, and shearing and mixing at a high speed of 400-500 revolutions per minute at 60-80 degrees C to obtain a highly dispersed polymer material; and (C) feeding polymer material into a twin-screw extruder, extruding and pelletizing, dehydrating, drying, and sieving obtained masterbatch to obtain the masterbatch.
