NOVELTY - The production method of white graphene nanoparticles involves preparing boron precursor by subjecting boron feedstock to atomization treatment to produce trichloroborane borane, milling mixed compound to obtain precursor powder, heating to obtain amorphous boron nitride powder, carrying out high-speed ball milling treatment, transferring into vacuum nitriding furnace for high temperature treatment, washing high temperature treated product repeatedly with solvent, removing possible presence of impurities such as diboron trioxide and drying. USE - Production of white graphene nanoparticles (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The production method of white graphene nanoparticles involves preparing boron precursor by subjecting boron feedstock to atomization treatment to produce trichloroborane borane (TCB), the size of precursor powder is 50-300 nm, milling the mixed compound to obtain precursor powder, placing the precursor powder in a pressure vessel with air pressure of 2 MPa, carrying out intermediate heat treatment to obtain amorphous boron nitride powder, subjecting the amorphous boron nitride powder to high-speed ball milling treatment, transferring into vacuum nitriding furnace for high temperature treatment, washing the high temperature treated product repeatedly with solvent, removing the possible presence of impurities such as diboron trioxide and drying.
