▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device has a vertical frame (5) whose an inner unit is connected with a guide rod (7) through a bearing. An outer unit is sleeved with a connecting block (8) and is fixed with a stirring motor (9) through a bolt of the connecting block. An output shaft of the stirring motor is connected with a stirring rod (10), where ends of the stirring rod are fixed with a stirring sheet (11) through the bolt and an end unit of the stirring sheet is fixed with a scraping plate (12) by the bolt. An inner side of a bottom of the stirring rod is sleeved with a scraping rod (13), where the end unit of the scraping rod is fixed with a scraping sheet through the bolt. A top unit removing pipe is fixed with a guide motor through the bolt, where the output shaft of the guide motor is connected with a rotating rod (20) and the outer unit of the rotating rod is sleeved with a spiral pushing blade (21). USE - Ink production device for use in digital printing graphene conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The device utilizes a lifting adjusting motor that drives the guide rod to rotate so as to drive a connecting screw thread connected with the outer unit to drive the stirring motor to lift, such that the stirring motor drives the stirring rod in a device shell in a high speed stirring process. The stirring rod can drive a scraping rod end of the scraping rod to be rotated at high speed, scrape filter screen surface particles installed on an ink discharging hopper, prevent blockage of a filter screen and filter prepared ink with strong practicability.
