▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-coated aluminum nitride filler comprises aluminum nitride and 2-10 layers of continuous graphene film covered on surface of aluminum nitride. The filler has ratio of G band (1600/cm) and D band (1350/cm) of 0.1-10 based on Raman spectrum measurement. USE - Graphene-coated aluminum nitride filler is used in electronic material and resin composite (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to electroconductive ink for circuit formation, thermal radiation coating material, electromagnetic wave shielding coating material and antistatic coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-coated aluminum nitride filler has excellent electrical conductivity, durability against water, thermal conductivity of aluminum nitride and dispersion stability in organic solvents and composites, and is highly stable and manufactured economically by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of graphene-coated aluminum nitride filler, which involves forming the continuous graphene on aluminum nitride surface in a reaction vessel heated to 500-1200 degrees C under coexistence of hydrocarbon by chemical vapor deposition method without using a binder and/or a catalyst; (2) electronic material, which comprises 0.5-95 %mass graphene-coated aluminum nitride filler; (3) resin composite, which comprises 0.5-95 %mass graphene-coated aluminum nitride filler and a synthetic resin; and (4) surface hydrophobization treatment of the aluminum-nitride filler.
