▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Inorganic material modified rigid polyurethane foam material comprises 10-15 pts. wt. white material, 10-15 pts. wt. black material, and 5-10 pts. wt. component A, 10-15 pts. wt. component B, 10-15 pts. wt. component C, and 2-8 pts. wt. additive, where component A is graphite, graphene/polymer composite material, silicon dioxide, aluminum hydroxide, white carbon black, and quartz powder. The component A has a particle diameter of 50-100 nanometer. The component B is vitrified microbeads and/or pearlescent sand. The component C is hollow glass microbeads and/or hollow ceramic microbeads. The component B and the component C each have a particle diameter of 10-50 microns. USE - Inorganic material modified rigid polyurethane foam material. ADVANTAGE - The inorganic material modified rigid polyurethane foam material ensures the insulation performance, improves fire rating, and has thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing inorganic material-modified rigid polyurethane foam material, which involves: (A) mixing the raw materials according to the formula of the white material to obtain a white material; (B) mixing the white material, component A, component B, component C and additives according to the formulation; and (C) adding the black material to the mixed liquid after mixing uniformly, stirring uniformly, and then putting into the mold to sequentially foam and mature to obtain inorganic material-modified rigid polyurethane foam material.
