NOVELTY - Sealing ring comprises 30-40 pts. wt. fluorine rubber, 24-30 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, 6-10 pts. wt. modified graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. modified glass fiber, 4-7 pts. wt. coal gangue powder, 2-6 pts. wt. attapulgite, 2-6 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 2-5 pts. wt. triacetin, 1-3 pts. wt. sulfur, 1-2.5 pts. wt. vinyl triethoxy silane, 0.8-2 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. tetramethylthiuram disulfide (accelerator TMTD), and 0.3-1 pts. wt. 2-mercaptobenzimidazole. USE - The sealing ring is useful for capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The sealing ring has good tensile strength and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a sealing ring for a capacitor comprising (1) adding fluorine rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, modified graphene, modified glass fiber, coal gangue powder, attapulgite, zinc stearate, triacetin, magnesium oxide, dioctyl phthalate and aluminum hydroxide to the internal mixer, mixing the rubber for 8-15 minutes, and maintaining the internal mixing temperature at 110-135 degrees C, and (2) adding sulfur, vinyl triethoxy silane, tetramethylthiuram disulfide, 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, kneading for 1-4 minutes, discharging the material, kneading for 2-5 minutes with an open mixer, pressing and forming by a tablet machine.
